Business Development- Strategy Consulting
- Drive growth in sales through new customer acquisition across the country.
- Identify Opportunities, Strategic consulting, Deal structuring, solution designing, provide strategic direction and would be playing a role of key influence to outcome of engagements.
- Should own the entire sales process for clients handled and delivered it through pre-sales and delivery teams till closure.
- Responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders like CEO/CIO/CMO etc.
- Would be responsible for articulating requirements to actionable strategies and crafting business value propositions for clients.
- Responsible for working closely with key clients & stakeholders - understanding their marketing automation, technology, analytics and digital needs & empowering them with the right mar-tech solutions which helps clients swiftly traverse the marketing curve.
- Work closely with business leaders and sell the right solutions for various business problems to clients
- Execute the best sales process for the organisation towards deal closure
- This role will entail extremely high interdependent conversation capabilities towards understanding the problem statement making the right solution pitch for the client
- Demand Generation, pipeline and opportunity management
- The incumbent is required to leverage his/her networks and connect towards lead generation which will also be a quantifiable Key Performance Indicators.
- Must have demonstrated strong achievement orientation and closed an average deal size of approx. 1-2 million
- 10-12 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm with the key deliverables on solution sales.
- Bachelors in Engineering and Master's in business management degree required
