We are looking for a skilled Business Development team member to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Managers & Key Account Managers to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Role and Responsibilities: 


 - Bring in New business aggressively for Temporary, contingent, permanent, Contract to Hire etc 


- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements 


- Build and Maintain Relationship with New Clients For Repetitive Business

- Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets 


 - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure it's a strong presence

- Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision-makers 


- Maximize your sales, business development, and network to develop new business from existing and new clients

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Achieve agreed revenue goals/profitability targets/share and personal development goals

- Client Management, delivery management

- Direct or indirect Team management to ensure adherence to client commitments

- Identification of internal needs and hiring team as and when a requirement

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics 


- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 


- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales suppor
