KulingTech is a staffing Boutique, Headquartered at Jaipur and with operations in Jaipur & Delhi .

Our 3 core business units consists of Permanent Hire, Executive search and Contractual staffing solutions. As part of our strategy we are expanding our foot prints and team across regions.

Current open position: Business development /Practice Manager - Staffing solutions.

1. Responsible for Setting up new practice and new client acquisition.

2. Ensure Key Client relationship management.

3. Achieve and expand Revenue responsibility.

4. Should posses great convincing and influential skills.

5. Network with Industry peers and collaborate on business.

6. Excellent knowledge on Staffing & executive search domain.

7. Responsible for Team mentoring and people development.

8. We prefer people for premier institutions or people with exceptional success track record.

9. Compensation is not an constraint for the right candidate.

10. Position growth plans are excellent and in future this position will be taking over larger national role.

Salary offered: 11 - 12 LPA
