Client Details :

Our client is a leader in Real Estate development and largely concentrate on building large commercial and industrial zones. They have entered India recently with a strong focus in building their portfolio to develop Infrastructure across various industrial corridors.

Job Description :

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for :

- Analysing the Indian real estate market

- Identify opportunities for the organisation in North India

- Create financial models to assess the viability of project

- Land pooling, liasion with the government and support the project development team

Profile :

- You will have a MBA and an experience of over 6 years working in Real estate. You will have an experience sourcing large deals to the tune of 500 acres for a single project.

- You will have excellent communication skills and should come with leadership experience.
