Business Development Role - Retail (5-15 yrs)
We are hiring for a Tier 1 company. We have RBD positions open.
Core KPI:-
- Property Scouting & Property Acquisition.
- Nego with Landlord / broker.
- New Store Opening & ensure profitability.
- Finalize the property to open the New Stores in assigned areas.
- Market Research and keep a close eye on best suitable locations.
- Network of local brokers and IPC in the market for the latest property trends.
- Design new process which impact organization profitability and improve EBITDA.
- Relationship building with Franchise partners and ensure profitability.
- Create budget for retail space as per the AOP.
