We are looking for a Business Development Professional with outstanding achievements in Business Development in India with both service & product clients. The candidate should have minimum 1-10 years of market experience in Delhi/NCR.

- Should add new big/medium IT/Non-IT companies to our customers list.

- Managing large teams and working closely with recruitment team to ensure quality assurance and quality control.

- Ownership of the complete end-to-end Recruitment cycle new client acquisition to realization of payment.

- Ownership of the complete end-to-end hiring on leadership positions across functions & Verticals.

- Exploring the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implemented appropriate best practices in the organizations.

- Setting the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization and for the client.

- Develop, maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.

- Generate sales pipeline to pursue target and cold accounts by developing and executing sales plan that include outbound sales communication, identifying client needs, and presenting our services.

- Ability to generate leads using inbound marketing methods

- Collaborate with the recruiting team and qualify prospects for staffing needs considering the client requirements such as skills, experience, budgets, time frames, contract hiring history, etc.

- Negotiate commercial agreements and rate terms to close staffing deals.

- Has good communication, writing, planning and organizing skills.

- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Has the ability to market technology consultants to clients.

- Has good listening and persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections.

- Has a strong business and financial acumen.

- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within IT/Non-IT Recruitment industry.

- Open to Travelling.
