Job description:
Business Development _Solar Rooftop _C&I Segment - Project Sales
Multiple Openings: Hyderabad, Ludhiana, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Indore.
Experience: 5 To 10 Yrs.
1. Prepare approaches suitable for lead generation and sales realization in the given territory
2. Developing sales strategies and setting realistic targets, in coordination with the HOD Identify and meet the leads
3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base Service the request of existing customers Compiling and analyzing sales figures and market scenarios
4. Compiling and analyzing sales figures and market scenarios
5. Collecting customer feedback and market research
6. Discussion and closure of orders in CAPEX, OPEX and Open Access models.
7. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of the assigned associate
8. Assess potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements.
9. Visit customer sites to determine solar system needs, requirements, or specifications
10. Evaluate subcontractors or subcontractor bids for quality, cost, and reliability.
11. Be involved with engineering team, procurement and project management
12. Execute the orders as per agreed commercial and technical terms and collect the payments as per agreed terms processing of Bills & follow-up for timely recovery of outstanding amounts due from the customers.
13. Submission of regular MIS reports regarding the sales activities to the management.
14. Coordinate and meet with the statutory authorities for up to date government policies, net metering procedures etc.
15. Meet project developers and bag EPC orders from the developers
