Job Summary:
To ensure sustainable business growth for Solar business by managing business development, channel development, cultivating key strategic relationships & meeting stakeholders' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the market strategy for assigned States with focus in line with yearly business targets.
- Lead the sales process and project delivery in the assigned region, from lead generation to successful completion & commercial closure.
- Work with and expand current prospect database to generate effective leads & convert them with desired profitability.
- Develop and manage channel partners for the specified region to meet business targets.
- Prepare monthly updates including competitor activity, new business, policy etc.
- Provide feedback on emerging business trends and best industry practices to refine the business model, delivery and distribution channels.
- Represent at industry events, including round tables, speaking forums & other events.
- Work with financial partners towards offering EMI based / OPEX model to prospective clients.

- Technical understanding about Solar PV technology and EPC process
- Commercial acumen
- Client Relationship Management
- Self- driven, independently functioning
- Experience in using Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word.
