Purpose
To manage the sales target of luxury and ultra luxury life spaces using all methods approved (CP and direct sales)
To create a ready-pipeline of potential clients for luxury and ultra luxury units
To live and breathe the ultra-luxury brand of the company
Tasks
- Achieving sales operational objectives by means and methods as approved by the management
- Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients for the sale of luxury and ultra luxury units
- Contributing marketing and sales inputs for building on strategic plans
- Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
- Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development
Skills
- Extremely confident and well versed in dealing with UHNIs
- Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close
- Well adept with marketing concepts especially targeted marketing
- Proficient in follow through with clients
- Appreciative of building on existing client networks to leverage upselling
