Business Development Role - Land Sourcing - Real Estate

2) BD Position for land sourcing:

a. Scout for sourcing land parcels in Pune micro market and create a healthy pipeline of deals for evaluation

b. Prepare preliminary feasibility and prepare 1st level deal evaluation for preliminary deal feasibility

c. Candidate should create, increase and manage channel partner / broker / IPC network to ensure the healthy numbers and quality deals flow is maintained

d. 5-10 years of experience in deal sourcing across Pune market

e. Candidate should have basic understanding on regulatory norms and should be able to understand FSI norms.
