Should be capable of identifying properties having excellent development Make a detailed business case, and feasibility and evaluate if the land opportunity makes commercial sense and then present it to the management. Liaising related work like obtaining NOCs etc with brokers and owners and evaluating land & properties and proposing feasible options for development Handle all issues conceding land buying/property acquisition Drive Legal documentation including Sales deeds, agreements to sell etc. Land sourcing and good connections with brokers, and financial institutions for sourcing of deals Shall have the competency to source a potential land in a limited time after identifying a particular market Working out the land potential and the business case.
