Job Description :
- 15 + years of experience of handling large complex IT/Services deals
- Be The One Trusted Advisor for the entire Services portfolio, including hardware and software.
- Enhance the client's perception of unique value and the competitive and strategic impact on their business.
- Manage 4 or more concurrent opportunities.
- Ability to take independent decisions and exhibit the discipline to stop underqualified deals from moving forward, and to prevent assigning our most critical skills to under-qualified deals.
- Fully integrate with the Agile Engagement Model (AEM), and align with all Services Integration Hub (SIH) processes, to ensure that our teams are working on only our highest qualified engagements.
- Identify, grow, and manage the opportunity pipeline to drive signings.
- Experience with Clients in Financial, Industrial and Distribution sector will be a plus.
- Simply stated, your main goal as the Business Development Executive is to bring the very best fully-qualified opportunities forward to an engagement team to drive to contract signature.

- As a member of our Business Development Executive team, you will originate, develop, and mature large opportunities in your assigned market.
- To understand - really understand - the client's business problems, and help to explore the underlying opportunities for Services.
- To bridge the gap between the client's key business objectives and solutions that incorporate organizational, technical, and operational differentiators.
- To develop and present thought leadership, using your business and technical insights, to generate client interest.
- To enhance the client's perception of unique value, and expose the competitive and strategic impact that working with will have on their business
- To promote as a preferred partner, as our clients accelerate to Hybrid Cloud and complex Multi-Cloud topologies - because of our grounding in the discipline of running the world's most critical infrastructure, in combination with innovation, co-creation, collaboration, and business knowledge.
