We are looking for generalists who have some experience with business development roles. Experience with BD in the consumer brands space is a plus.

We are a small, flat team and you will work closely with the founders

Job Role

- Strategizing Go-to-Market plan for new product launches

- Strategizing GTM plans for two new products catering to Indian media (the first an AI enabled Influencer marketing platform - beta launch in progress ; second a media platform to bring efficiencies in media planning and buying - WIP)

- Anticipating market needs and emerging opportunities

- Drive quality solutions by analysing market expectations and adapting systems and business processes to meet these requirements.

- Formulate and enforce strict compliance with strategy.

- Revenue Generation

Key responsibility

- Implementation of above GTM plans to meet revenue goals. This will involve:

- Ensuring sales kits are customized and relevant to potential customers

- Establishing relevant channels of communication with current and potential advertisers

- Thorough research and preparation before sales meetings

- Quality follow ups and closures

- Building Internal and External relationships

Major activities

Internal : Building a strong relationship with our principals, third party service providers/vendors to ensure open lines of communication

External : Leveraging current relationships of the group in the market

- Developing, maintaining and growing the Immersify brand; forging key client and industry relationships; and correct positioning of the company as the leader in digital media sales.


- This will include negotiations with VIP advertisers; discussion of pricing structures, promotions and advertising packages with management; understanding of market segments and research findings.
