JOB PURPOSE : - To identify the business opportunities, improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth in insurance business. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : 1. To identify, strategize, plan and manage the insurance business for the organization in lined with the organization's objectives. 2. To plan, implement and manage the product mix pertaining to the insurance business. 3. To negotiate and transact with different insurance providers to meet the business needs. 4. End to end vendor management pertaining to the insurance business 5. To build and maintain commercially productive relationships with both new and old clients. 6. To maintain extensive knowledge of current market condition and competitions by mean of research and surveys. 7. To suggest changes and take initiatives for continuous process improvement. 8. To bring awareness on the insurance business and products to both internal and external customers. 9. Training and mentoring of the team. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (The minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job) Educational Qualifications and Experience : 1. MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institute 2. 3-5 years of relevant experience from Insurance or Banking industry only. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills 4. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to bring innovation and take initiatives 6. Age Below 30 years 7. Pragmatic and result oriented
