Business Development :
Technical Competencies : In Depth Knowledge of Turbomachinery, Smart Industrial Products, Flexible Industrial Machinery and NextGen Technologies including IOT, Data Analytics, Cloud, AR/VR and AI/ML
Responsibilities :
- Business development
- Lead generation, identify and create new market opportunities
- Build, sustain and maintain long term relationship with key and strategic customers
- Strategically interface with clients and internal BU heads
- Propose business, sales plan
- Build forecast plan
- Lead, coordinate and manage sales and coordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction in both pre and post sales activities including invoice management and collection
- New customer acquisition, win long-term strategic customers, customer relationship and account mining, deal making developing long-term customers and contract
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports
- Ability to travel within the country and overseas
- Drive marketing campaigns
- Participate in appropriate marketing forums
- Manage to marketing budgets
- Plan and execute marketing plans
