Business Development Role - Credit Rating Firm

Job Role :

1. Experience in Origination and Execution of IB deals (Capital market, PE and M&A) in Large/Mid Corporate domain

2. Maintaining existing relationships and making new relationships with corporates

3. Preparing pitch presentations, marketing material, financial modelling (not negotiable) etc.

4. Mind-set to take ownership of transaction and find a solution

5. Ability to navigate across cross-functional teams and get the job done

6. No specific sector experience required must have mind-set to specialize in couple of sectors, balance deep sector knowledge with product knowledge

7. Resourceful in terms of network of friends, professional connects in the industry to source market intelligence

8. Self-driven and aggressive ambitions; mind-set to think big, Willingness to work in a chaotic, entrepreneurial environment Keen to take on additional responsibilities and indulge in areas outside comfort zone.
