Job Responsibilities :
Business Development (support) :
- Proactively engage in business development activities through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
- Particularly focusing on large scale institutional owners, / investors / corporate and purchasers each of the core markets, with a specialized focus on India. Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
- Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside other directors in the group.
- Creating and managing prospective client database, proactive client engagement - calls, meetings, presentations etc.
Support for Transaction Management :
- Advisory and investment services to effectively conclude real estate transactions.
- Experience in sale of land and built assets will be beneficial. This includes involvement in preparing of information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical and market intelligence.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as timelines, cash flows, presentations and approvals.Demonstrable client and account management skills on key transactions will be required.
- Support for Advisory Assignments - The Capital Markets team provides stand-alone fee generating advisory services in the following areas :
- Asset valuation and portfolio divestment advisory
- Including lease versus buy analysis, off balance sheet (REIT) strategies, regional asset allocation and divestment timing.
