1. Looking at overall growth of the Brand across all verticals.
2. Envisioning the growth of High Street footprint across the country.
3. Leading the vision of organization's Retail Offline Business Bottom up.
4. Being the leader in ideas of where to go across the country and finding the most profitable model which is sustainable.
5. Planning the growth pattern across high Street in all formats.
6. Working Ground Level Matrix to map Retail and their performance in all cities (Focus Tier 2 and 3).
7. Looking at the transactions 360 Degree from scouting to the entire life cycle of the store and managing all adjoining relationship.
8. Managing and creating credible broker network.
9. Having the knowledge to maintain relationships within the organisation and creating a seamless process flow and supporting the team with maximum amount of smooth workflow.
10. Has knowledge in Retail and Specifically in Fashion and Beauty.
11. Should have first-hand expansion in 50 + stores minimum across the country including Metro and Smaller cities. The store model worked upon should be Company owned and Operated not Franchisee model.
