- Candidates should be flexible for 6 days working.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The position requires to scale business and create new innovative products
- Leverage platform for digital engagement and business
- Business deliverables will be to generate targeted credit card business/ Generate targeted traffic through campaigns
- Customer engagement and fulfillment through E2E 3 in 1 digital journey
- Business deliverables will be to generate targeted B2C business
- Deep successful engagement with internal stake holders
Qualification :
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- Experience in business through digital channels preferred.
- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
