Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate new business through inbound lead follow up and outbound account prospecting best practices
- Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target new logo prospects
- Follow up with prospects and arrange for a demo / meeting
- Educate the market on how we can help companies hire fast and cost effectively using our Interview as a Service solutions
- Actively expand and maintain knowledge of products, industry competitors and market trends/needs
- Forecast, manage and report pipeline and sales activity
- Partner with the product team and founders to be the voice of the customer
