Business Development Representative - B2B SaaS (India and US Market)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative for a B2B SaaS Start-up. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential customers who can benefit from innovative solutions.
Please note: Need someone who has worked for both India and US Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and screen potential customers.
- Understand and optimise the sales funnel for efficient lead qualification.
- Schedule and conduct product demos, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Generate leads, nurture prospects, and maintain a well-managed pipeline.
- Utilise various tools including SalesForce, cold calling, and email for effective outreach.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and facilitate meetings
Required Skills Set:
- 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS companies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/engineering or business management.
- Prior exp of working in India and US Markets.
- Prior experience of working for HR tech products will be a huge plus.
