We're currently looking for a Business Relationship Manager on a full time, permanent basis for one of our renowned client.

This position sits within the Northeast and West Education Partner Relationships team.

This role is based in Delhi.

The Senior Business Relationship Manager is accountable for owning, building and developing high impact commercial relationships with key education partners in order to build COMPANY'S's brand and reputation, deepen our engagement and further COMPANY'S's strategic and growth objectives.

The Job:

- Reporting to the Education Partners Relationship Lead (North, East and West), on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:.

- Leads the development of the business plan for designated geography/category of partnerships ensuring alignment with the wider market plan.

-Identifies and progresses opportunities to grow COMPANY'S's business within the designated geography/category, to maximise revenue and brand impact.

- Using agreed criteria, determines priority relationships based on an understanding of potential contribution and value to COMPANY'S.

- Owns, monitors and ensures the delivery of key performance indicators and targets for education relationships within designated geography/ category.

- Personally leads a number of significant partner relationships, ensuring these are appropriately developed and managed to deliver and exceed agreed KPIs and targets.

- Ensures that multi-level relationship plans are in place for employers within designated geography/category.

- Works with other BRMs, member engagement and public affairs colleagues to make connections between partners and build the COMPANY'S ecosystem.

- Concludes agreements with education partners for commercial relationships that deliver against KPIs and targets.

- Collaborates with colleagues locally and regionally to leverage and to consistently apply global solutions and approaches to meet the needs of our key partners.

- Guides, coaches and mentors more junior business development colleagues to motivate, retain and optimise performance across the team.

- Draws on a wide range of data and information to identify insights in order to optimise opportunities and business outcomes.

- Develops and shares expertise in market conditions, economic trends, sector developments, competitor activities and COMPANY'S's product and service offering.

- Reports regularly on progress through the appropriate reporting mechanisms on agreed activity and targets.

The Person:

We're looking for someone who:.

- Professional qualification would be advantageous.

- Strong track record in business development and business-to-business selling, ideally in a professional service or education environment.

- Knowledge of business development frameworks, processes and techniques.

- Understanding of accountancy and local regulatory frameworks (desirable).

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships up to and including board level.

- Strong communicator with excellent oral and written presentation skills.

- Strong networker and prospector at all levels with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

- Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise work for self and others.

- Commercially orientated and results driven with a track record of successful delivery.
