- Preparing tender specifications & finalization of requirements
- Interpreting of contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of Technical / Financial criteria
Role:
- As BD manager, assist in developing new client relationships and secure Business and be instrumental in finalizing the Business Development & Operational Strategies
- Generate business through new project deals and develop new clients /project
- Identify new potential areas for business expansion & prepare annual Business Plan and achieving the targets
- Work closely with Management for key bids
- Bid submission approval at various management stages
- Generate Business for Interior Fit out, Greenfield project MEP, Structure and Green Building Design Consultancy Services
- Create Business Opportunities, Bid Document Management & Conversion of leads in to wins
- Co-ordination among the client team and our technical team especially at the start of the project
- Co-ordination with other business lines to create new opportunities and joint bidding for multiple services for integrated offering
