We have been supporting multiple business industries and have been supporting multiple middle and leadership hiring mandates for our clients across pan India. The current model consist of team of 7 professional recruiter supporting Ally executive operation from a Work from Home model ( Full time ) on a profit sharing model. The organisation now intents to set up its different verticals in staff augmentation and RPO space along with converting the existing model to a full infrastructure setup at Noida. With a strong core team of 7 professional working in a very dynamic ecosystem we cater to our clients toughest needs as they rely on us. We are now looking forward to add dynamic Business development Head who can closely work with Ally vision of growing the business at domestic and international market . Ideally preferred- - Understanding of recruiting operation - Past exp in business dev for recruitment/ staffing firms - Able to add new logos to the firm As a business development manager, you'll need to : - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients - Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-service support - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers - Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
