Business Development - North - Facility Management

Job description:

- The job would be responsible for New Customer acquisition for Avon Facility Management services

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Focus on acquisition of new customers across North

- Educate prospective customers on the merits of AVON wide range of services, skills and expertise

- Develop account presence with senior client personnel.

- Develop proposals and presentations & Negotiate Deals

- Work with Business head in arriving domain based solutions & offerings

- Once the deal is signed, work closely with the delivery manager to ensure client satisfaction

- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships

- Technically sound knowledge of facility management concepts and the latest trends

- Strong Client Connect & Relationships.

- Ability to Manage teams & Good People Skills.

- Willingness to Travel across South India.

Job Requirements:

- 15+ years of Sales experience with at least 2 years in Leadership Position

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships

- Technically sound knowledge of facility management concepts and the latest trends

- Strong Client Connect & Relationships.

- Ability to manage teams & Good People Skills.

- Willingness to Travel across south India.
