Roles and Responsibilities :
- This is an individual contributor role, focused on US and UK markets.
Person at this role will be responsible for :
- Managing the full Sales Cycle, right from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing the deal.
- Prospecting potential customers for Wisestep, via cold-calling and networking.
- Researching the market, and increase the list of potential customers to prospect.
- Write proposals and responses for RFPs and RFIs
- Work with different teams in Wisestep, to ensure service delivery for the new customers.
- Sales Planning and Pipeline management to ensure meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Evangelizing Wisestep in different events, seminars and meetings.
Requirements for this Roles :
- Ability and experience of selling new concepts
- Understanding of different business models and commercials models in the digital industry
- Ability to work in unstructured environment
- Entrepreneurial and Go-getter attitude
- Excellent Problem solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT and digital industry
- Good knowledge of MS Office. Ability to create good PowerPoint presentations, proposals
- MBA from a Premier Business school
