Duties & responsibilities:
- Facilitating the entire sales process; cold calling, lead generation, lead warming, converting to closure and deal signing. Identifying prospective clients, build-up of pipelines with potential conversion A/c, circulating company profile, developing & managing new accounts, generating business & developing them to achieve consistent profitability.
- Pre-sales is an important component in the process wherein understanding customer project requirements, documenting the scope and proposal including project estimates is a pre-requisite.
- Able to understand customers requirement and design technically and commercially superior solution by effectively utilizing and deploying the resources.
- Length and breadth of understanding on Devnco's service offerings, project portfolio, its various capabilities in various verticals and horizontals.
- Working closely with the sales/business development team in trying to meet sales targets and closures. Achieving (and exceeding) sales targets in both Revenue and Gross Margin.
- Devise strategies and out-of-the-box approach to sales that can help in new client acquisition and retention. Creating a strategy framework for the company's activities in the concerned vertical.
- Competitor monitoring and generation of ranking analysis for online visibility perspective.
- Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information. Creating and Delivering Sales plans.
- Should be well versed in areas of technology especially, business process design, gap analysis, solution architecting
- Proven sales skills, excellent communicator, with drive and ambition, result focused approach.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are pre- requisites."
Required:
- 5+ years prior industry-related experience in software development services business in USA market.
- Knowledge of various IT Tools and Technologies
Understanding of various processes and practices in development of web applications, web sites, mobile applications are a must.
- Knowledge of prominent lead generation tools and expertise to extract-qualify-create his own database.
- Ability to draft customized industry specific emails, messages. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Experience in delivering individual revenue target for minimum 2-3 years.
- Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system. Ability to use CRM software like Zoho, Hubspot etc. will be preferred.
- Ideal candidate has outstanding business acumen, an outgoing personality, confident and excellent presentation, and communication skills.
