PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

1. To build and grow the Healthcare business (surgical products) in India. Continuously grow revenues and sustainable profit contribution by identifying new business opportunities.

2. To increase Healthcare markets share in its respective business fields.

3. Develop and define Healthcare business strategy (incl. sales, marketing and services) and secure its successful implementation locally in alignment to Global strategy by working closely with the shared (supporting) functions.

4. Direct sales to key accounts, manage distributors, manage KOL's (surgeons, head of departments, etc.).

5. Effectively build, lead and manage a Healthcare Team.

Eligibility:

8+ years in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in Medical Technology industry (preferably surgical devices)

Experience in wound mgmt or NPWT (negative pressure wound mgmt) is preferable

B2B experience & B2C (clinical user) experience, Product and Service experience

Exposure of Strategic Business Planning, Leadership, Marketing, Communication, Financial Management is preferable.
