Masai School is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B Sales and Client Management within the realm of Tech recruitment and HR Consultancies. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic partnerships to maximize student outcomes and foster organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Articulate and convey the Masai Value Proposition effectively to prospective hiring partners.
- Conduct lead generation, cold calling, schedule discussions, and follow-up via email to generate proposals and close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner objectives and deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate concepts into actionable strategies to drive business results.
- Independently identify and pursue new business leads, maintaining updated information for key stakeholders.
- Utilize various tools for data-driven insights and experimentation.
- Work closely with the placement team to optimize student success.
- Conduct extensive internet research across job portals and networking sites.
