Hiring for Emerging Business Development Manager who can work directly with the founder's and build the entire revenue stream from the scratch. This person will be the face of the company for clients to initiate and maintain the relationships with the clients.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and exceed sales targets set for SME sales across different verticals / annual budgets and monthly management reports.
- Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs.
- Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans.
- Provide marketing support and knowledge within the company for all products and services & Maintain and manage the financial forecast and cost module projections for new business submission.
