Role: Business Development Manager (Recruitment & Staffing Division)

Start Date: ASAP

Base Location: Bangalore

Salary : 4 to 8 Lacs/Annum + Incentive

Position Summary:

Candidate will be primary responsible for new business development, Maintain the client relationship, execution of business plans and marketing strategy to increase sales in Bangalore location for as domestic focus and Middle East region as international focus.

Position Objectives:

Identify the new clients and build the relationship to generate the revenue from Staffing Business (Permanent, C2h, and Contract) & RPO business.

Actively participate in Accounts Management, help maintain existing client relationships and play an active role in acquiring new -Client relationship and potential business.

Participate in building the revenue pipeline

Participate in client meetings, industry gatherings, launches, build and maintain the strong bonding & relationship with client to generate the fix recurring business.

Position Requirements

Must have strong education background and MBA graduate with good academic records.

Overall 6 + years of Business Development Experience in Business Development in Staffing Industry and 4 + years of Experience in India & Middle East Market.

Must be strong on MS Office and good in making tailor made proposals & presentations.

Preferred candidate with Industry experience of IT, Oil & Gas, Construction & Engineering and experience to generate the business from RPO solution.

Successful Track record of building the tier one client based have generated 150 K to 200 K USD + business annually.

Must be able to identify the concreteness and urgency level of opportunity/jobs before delivery team start working on it.

Must be strong in follow-up and go extra mile to close the sales cycle.

Must be good on time management, organization management and professional presentations.

Must have experience of Bangalore recruitment Market and on local visa norms, visa category for Middle East Countries.

Candidate should be flexible travelling extensively onsite and flexible on working hours as per focused market plan.

The right candidate will possess key entrepreneurial traits such as confidence, an inquisitive nature, resiliency, tenacity, high energy, self-reliance, independent thinking, a sense of urgency, persistence, drive, determination and professionalism.

Position Responsibilities

Identify business development opportunities, gather competitive intelligence, conduct market research and create business plans.

Participate in day to day activities to generate the leads, client sessions, profile submission, follow ups, agreement negotiations, agreement finalization,

Direct marketing research efforts to identify opportunities for existing, adjacent and new markets. In coordination with each business function, this position researches, collects and consolidates all relevant market and business data to aid the division in determining future strategic direction. Define gaps in product and market presence portfolio and strategize and implement solutions.

Set goals and objectives for business development and customer partnering according to the business strategy.

Understand market drivers of demand and sensitivities by developing relationships and maintaining open communication with key industry contacts.

Responsible for adherence to Corporate and Divisional policies and practices.

Compensation Plan:

In addition to annual base pay, ProHubWay provides aggressive commission structure based on revenue targets.
