looking for a seasoned Sales or Business Development Manager for our American consulting team, Looking for candidates with a minimum of 5+ years experience in US staffing and a minimum of 5 years in Sales or Business Development supporting the US and Canadian clients.
Role: Business Development Manager - (US staffing)
Location: Hyderabad
Timing: CST time zone.
- Ideal candidate must be from a sales background with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the recruitment staffing industry supporting the US and Canadian regions.
- Build the company's corporate image and reputation by collaborating with employees and external parties, and enforcing ethical business practices.
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the North American region
- Interact with clients on a daily basis and mine existing accounts to identify new staffing opportunities and increase SPOC contacts.
- Must have Client facing capabilities to define and implement strategies to develop and sustain effective new business relationships.
- Must have experience in preparing vendor RFP, RFQ, RFI proposals, sales pitches, and SOW processes.
- Any experience with Technical background in Management studies would be an added advantage.
- Must have good communication (Written & oral), team building, Leadership, and presentation skills.
- Occasional travel to client locations would be required.
Shift 2 pm to 11 pm (IST)
