As Business Development Manager you would be responsible for account penetration, identifying sales opportunities, establishing relationships with key, strategic decision-makers of target customers and managing the sales process within these accounts.

- You would also work to identify, qualify and develop additional customers within these key accounts and other accounts within the region, utilizing all resources to close strategic opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Proposal Development

- Proposal Negotiation & Closure

- Contracting & MSA

- Relationship Management

Client Retention:

- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

- Work with internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

Business Development Planning:

- Attend industry events, conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and other channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Qualification:

- Business development management positions require a bachelor’s degree and MBA would be plus

- 5-7 years of sales or business development experience.
