We have an urgent role with one of the Biggest Group (MNC) at Mumbai.

Role : Business Development Manager (Female Only)

Description : The Business Development Manager is responsible for working closely managing the lead identification process with Clients and OEM (SAP) from beginning to close.

Skill ERP Business Development (Sales) :

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals.

The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

Experience :

- Eight to ten years of related SAP / ERP sales experience

- Experience in selling into manufacturing, CPG, Pharma, and real estate/Infrastructure vertical

- Previous sales & lead generation experience in service industry

- Mapping initial client requirements and finalizing the scope of work with the client and the technical team

- Conducting extensive market and company research through the internet and other lead sources to target prospects intelligently.

- Excellent communication and soft skills (verbal & written) including telephone and presentation skills

- Interacting with the decision makers/Top Management to discuss business needs.

- Handling all the initial communication with a prospect to uncover needs, articulate value proposition (via phone, email etc.), and also set-up in-person meetings.

- Work well under pressure

- Web knowledge is required

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation

- Manage an assigned territory or vertical to source potential customers, understand clients IT landscape, and identify solutions requirements

- Track multiple business opportunities

- Show-case offerings to customers

- Work closely with the clients and partner ecosystem

- Manage the entire marketing cycle from lead identification to closure

- Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals

Additional Information :

Requirements :

- We are looking at female candidates for this position

- Share profiles of candidates only with SAP core - sales experience.

- Also the candidate should have client facing abilities

- Probably we can look at candidates having software services experience

Required Qualification :

- B.E/B.Tech /MBA from a reputed college or equivalent, or Engineering.

Education :

- Candidates should not have any backlogs.

- They should have completed their course in the prescribed duration.
