Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Generating new FTL Transportation business with New reputed genuine clients
- Market combing - Identify, engage, and convert correct new potential clients for business.
- Identifying correct customer needs, their market reputation, and risk analysis before engaging business with new customers.
- Proficient in customer follow-up & coordination right from business generation to receiving full payments from clients.
- Drafting Quotations, negotiating & finalizing contracts with clients.
- Responsible for Credit Control (O/S Bill, Payment Received Statement) and timely recovery of dues.
- Follow up on customer orders, vehicles & co-ordination with the operation team to provide timely placement & delivery to clients
- Visiting Customer offices and Plants for business generation as well as resolving issues related to Transportation
- Achieving regular monthly sales targets with sales payment recovery targets from clients.
- Generating new business regularly month on month from new clients.
- Responsible for driving revenues and growing the market share as per targets assigned for particular

- 6+ years of good experience in FTL Transportation Business.
- Complete knowledge of trucking business sales and marketing.
- A Go-Getter: You are a highly driven individual who goes that extra mile to decide on the strategic direction of the business
- An effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Ownership: Entrepreneurial mindset, takes ownership of his roles and responsibilities.

- A Technology Geek: You are well equipped with basic computing skills like Emails, MS Word, and Excel for better customer servicing, performance as well as reporting.
- A Team Builder: You are a go-to person and can work with different teams. A hands-on collaborative style of working is a must!
- Good understanding of how the freight market and relationships between clients, contractors, truckers, and brokers work.
- Open to traveling outstation for business development and customer servicing
