What you will do:

- Pitch existing clients to opt for our Talent Solutions

- Plan various strategies to optimise conversion of clients into Talent Solutions

- Bring in market knowledge of Sales in staffing industry

- Analyse data regularly to see which strategy is working the most and standardise the approach

- Daily/Weekly and Monthly reporting

- Help position Uplers as Talent Solution Provider in existing client list

Skills Required :

- Proven Track record of performance in Sales

- Industry knowledge of clients in staffing industry

- Team Management

- Data Analysis

- Sales Strategies

- Go getter and out of the box strategies

Special Skill Set- Data analysis, Staffing industry experience In sales

Shift Timing -7 PM to 4 AM.
