Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate recurring business
- Pitch, promote and advertise our company's services and offerings
- On board new client, assist clients formulating contractual agreement and getting new job requirements from them
- Liaison with the Team Leaders on regular basis and act a bridge between Client and Employees
- Conduct market research on a regular basis to understand current trends in recruitment industry
The Successful Candidate:
We are open to consider candidates from any experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria:
- Should have 8+ years of experience in Business Development, either in a recruitment firm or a B2B setup
- Should have a bachelor's and an MBA/Post graduate degree
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have strong commercial business acumen
