The Gig

We're on the hunt for Business Development Managers who knows their stuff and is ready to dive into the action. In this role, you'll be the one driving our growth strategy by building awesome partnerships with big multinational corporations and corporate entities. Your main gig? Creating and nurturing relationships that connect our top-notch.

What You'll Be Up To

Targeted Business Outreach

Your experience in Permanent or Contractual staffing and recruitment will come in handy as you identify and onboard SMEs, MNCs, Startups and corporate outfits looking for top-notch talent. Get to know their hiring needs inside out.

Strategic Candidate Placement

- You're the matchmaker here, using your industry smarts to pair our ace candidates with the job openings that fit them like a glove.

Partnership Building

- Forge strong bonds with the decision-makers at potential client organizations. Make sure they see HEPL as their go-to source for top-tier talent.

Tailored Solutions

- Take a consultative approach to figure out exactly what our clients need. Team up with our internal wizards to customize our offerings to match.

Networking and Market Insight

- Stay in the loop about what's happening in the industry, market trends, and what the competition is up to. Use that intel to tweak and fine-tune our business development strategies.

Proposal Wizardry

- Craft killer proposals that spell out all the reasons why HEPL is the perfect partner for their Recruitment & staffing needs.

Sales Pipeline Magic

- Keep meticulous records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system. Give the management team regular updates on our progress.

- Consistent Success

- Hit or even surpass those sales targets and help us keep the revenue flowing.

Qualifications:

- You're the real deal in staffing and recruitment, with a track record showing 3-4 years of experience.

- Your networking and relationship-building skills are off the charts.
