The role expects from the candidate an entrepreneurial mind-set, bringing together various functions like Sales, Business Development, Delivery, and Marketing. The incumbent would also be expected to own the long term business plan and its execution.

Experience
- Experience - Overall: 12 + Years with 5 to 7 Years- experience in selling Oracle Technology products and services around Database & Middleware stack.
- Frontline software & services sales / Business Development in a B2B environment in the enterprise and/or SME segment
- Services sales of the Oracle DB & Middleware stack with at-least one year in selling cloud based services.
- CXO level interaction
- Experience of working directly with Oracle India.
Skills:
- Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle Database & Middleware portfolio.
- Good knowledge of the Oracle partner ecosystem
- Exposure to service delivery models around Oracle technology products.
- Business communication, comprehension & articulation Skills: Superior
- Ability to work across extended virtual teams.
- Self-Starter
- Professional pedigree
- Should have worked the Oracle Practice of a Tier I / II Oracle Partner or in Oracle directly for at-least 4-5 years around the Oracle DB & Middleware portfolio.
Position Band/Level
Reporting - LOB Head Oracle
Travel - The role may/will require light to medium travel at any location in India.
