Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field of office interior fitouts. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth within the Mumbai market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends in the Mumbai office interior fitouts sector.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, and corporate clients to understand their requirements and position our services effectively.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients, showcasing our expertise in office interior fitouts.
- Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to understand their budgetary constraints and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, keeping accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales phase to project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of Mumbai Pune marker and real estate industry.
- Proven track record in business development and sales in the office interior fitouts industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the Mumbai business landscape and key industry players.
- A passion for design and a keen understanding of office workspace trends.
