Purpose of Role : This is role is responsible for developing client base for Organisation Network Video Surveillance products/projects offerings. We are looking for candidates who have experience of working in Project-based environment : B2B selling/project work through system integrators in their relevant territories. The Right Candidate: - You are a B.E/B.Tech/MBA graduate with technical skills - You have 8-10 years of relevant experience - You have proven experience to sell Surveillance Projects & Products like Video Management Software, Surveillance Cameras, access Controls, and BMS etc. - You can adhere to the Company's Quality and Business Processes - Customer Focus: Create value for customers by perceiving evolving customer needs, making effort to support. Achieved results though feedback and new breakthroughs to attain milestones in customer focus. - Collaborative Skills: Has contributed to create collaborative environment with a positive & value system driven impact on team which helped in better organizational results. - Result Orientation: Has achieved results within timelines by continuous improvement, accountability towards goals - Communication skills: Have the ability to communicate effectively. Able to convey/sell thoughts and ideas by listening first & ensuring if the concerned person or group has grasped the core message. Your principal accountability : - Identification & developing New Customers for project sales (B2B) by understanding customer requirements in a professional manner & line up technical support. - Achieving targets as per plan and projections - Meet with potential clients to determine technical/business requirements and share all necessary information as per need - Meeting with Contractors/Consultants /Architects for prospecting - Create and confidently deliver sales presentations to customers - Understand business drivers at customer end and make proposals accordingly - Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts etc.
