Key responsibilities will including but are not restricted to the following:
- Working closely with the top management to build and implement market penetration strategies for growth and profitability;
- Building a robust funnel and pipeline of projects and consulting assignments;
- Making business proposals basis technical, financial and commercial analysis of the opportunity;
- Building strong business relationships with clients for bringing in next level of growth;
- Continuously analysing developments in the national & global economy, industry and sector to improvise internal functioning and goal correction;
- Handling client issues, knowing client expectations, finding & developing new possible growth areas;
- Preparing company dossier for presentations to prospective clients;
- Making presentations to clients to show case ACMM's strengths, project management expertise and how ACMM can create value for their business;
- Supporting senior management in planning and execution of the projects and ensure a high customer satisfaction index;
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project;
- Managing project budget;
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitoring deliverables and receivables for projects;
- Analysing project profitability, revenue and margins;
- Building, developing, mentoring and leading a team.
At least 8 -10 years- experience in -
- Business development activities in the mining industry;
- Devising effective positioning strategy for the company in Indian markets subsequent to market analysis;
- Developing and delivering business presentations to potential clients;
- Creating business proposals for prospective client;
- Negotiating with clients to win projects;
- Building and managing strong relationships with clients;
- Managing end to end Project delivery to clients;
- Resolving client issues;
- Revenue collection from clients and ensuring all related financial and accounting activities get closed.
