Business Development Manager - Lubricants

To handle the defined geographical territories for business development opportunities across OEM's in Franchised Workshop Business

Deliver top line growth by selling Shell Customer Value Preposition in line with shell HSSE policy and shell general business principles

Coordination with marketing, business finance, credit, customer care centre, sales support and logistics teams to ensure the implementation of the strategy for the sector and for its growth

1. Business Development opportunities across the OEM's. The same entails hunting opportunities and upsell opportunities across approved OEM's

2. Maintain and grow good working relationships and business associations with the OEM Commercial, Sales and service teams.

3. Drive the business through SPANCOP process, supporting for conversions and ensuring increase in market penetration and market share.

4. Ensure Sales 1st process, tools and gladiatorial standards are met by self.

5. Effectively manage direct costs within the business and ensure competitive cost structure for business conduct.

6. Working along with marketing team, build, support, develop and implement marketing initiatives and business growth strategy.

7. Utilize all available resources effectively for business growth and manage interface with support functions for the business.

8. Adhering to Shell General Business Principles in all transactions and conduct of business with external parties; demonstrate and inculcate this behavior.

9. Demonstrating commitment to and be responsible for HSSE and the company's commitment on sustainable development; inculcating safety conscious behaviour, with external parties; meeting own safety targets as per the performance contract.
