Position : Business Manager, Learning

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- To lead the Learning/Training Business Unit the national level with complete P&L responsibility

- Build and Manage a team for developing business, acquiring clients and servicing them

- High Result Orientation and Number Driven

- Provide guidance and support on HR consulting assignments

- Identify and engage in industry HR forums and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence of the business.

- Lead sales pipeline development process: prospecting, relationship development, - to market- process management.

Experience :

- Minimum 6-8 years experience in a Business Leadership Role.

- Experience with an HR product/service organisation

- Expertise in selling Training Interventions
