The Signing of Sachin Tendulkar as the brand ambassador testifies the company's values and focus towards growth.  Overview:  - Prospect, qualify, nurture, negotiate and close land deals   - Drive relationship building process at multiple levels between partners   - Travel approximately 40% to prospect locations and industry events  - Maintain accurate activity, contact and pipeline records in internal CRM system and provide regular updates and forecasts to team members  - Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective partners  - Lead complex contract negotiations   - Meet quarterly and annual targets for new deals and overall reach  - Act as occasional liaison for existing partners, including agreement renewal  - Contribute to strategic planning and objectives related to this channel  - Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs   - Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer   - Help us choose mortgage options that meet our needs   - Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases   - Seeking new business opportunities   - Maintain and develop client relationships
