We hiring for a Business Development Manager to build India/APAC staffing opportunities with India based GCCs (global capability centres) leveraging our clients talent platform.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in India/APAC market.

- Must have prior relationships with India based GCCs with a consistent track record of placements with them

- Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment

- Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Independently generate new leads and direct clients across India and APAC Geography.

- Develop new client accounts for IT staffing business for India based GCCs and other clients via our clients talent platform

- Reach out to clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities

- Be accountable for revenue targets

- Client relationship management

- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support

- Negotiate contract rates with clients.

- Engage with C-level, VP and Director-level contacts of mid-size and large companies

- Manage and achieve sales quota.

Education: Bachelor's / Master Degree
