Role Location: Bangalore - HSR Layout.

About the role:.

As a Business Development Manager for EMSE, you will be joining Company's fastest growing region operating at the forefront Company sales function, responsible for acquiring new clients for Company.

You will be given ownership for a specific territory targeting prospective clients with annual revenue.

What you'll do:.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with IT Leaders in ambitious organizations.

- Target and connect exclusively with C-Level Executives.

- Harness Company's position as the World Leader in Actionable, Objective Insight for C-Level Executives to develop meaningful and valuable business cases.

- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

- Lead the full sales conversation and negotiation.

- Needs to take care of staffing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities within ambitious organizations in the European market, particularly targeting IT Leaders. Engage with C-Level Executives: Establish and maintain exclusive connections with C-Level Executives, fostering relationships to understand their needs and challenges.

- Leverage Company's Position: Utilize our company's position as the World Leader in Actionable, Objective Insight for C-Level Executives to develop compelling business cases and value propositions. Ownership of Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact through to negotiation and closing deals.

- Lead Sales Conversations: Lead engaging and informative sales conversations with prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions and addressing any concerns or objections. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached while representing the interests of our company.

- Staffing Business: Additionally, oversee and manage the staffing business aspect, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.
