1. Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions
2. Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil
3. Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
4. Client relationship management
5. Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support
6. Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
7. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business
What we are Looking For:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market
2. One has achieved Revenue Between 3 to 5 Million in Past
3. Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
4. Aggressive and Target oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated
5. Should be able to work Independently - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets
6. Expert-level technical recruitment skills
7. Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude
