Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector to acquire new clients.
- Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets.
- Develop compelling and compliant proposals that address specific needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT services, solutions, and technologies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, analyzing data for improvement opportunities.
- Adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions and company priorities.
- 8+ years of proven experience in IT services sales, preferably with a focus on government projects but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of the IT industry, including market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
