Responsibilities :
- Lead end to end sales cycle (from lead generation to closure)
- Plan, implement, track and improve strategies for new business development
- Meet Sales target allocated
- Qualify prospects by mapping the customer's pain point to ISHIR's services.
- Build relationship with prospect and focus on value selling
- Identify opportunities by researching on targeted companies and contacts
- Present weekly progress report to management
- Train and mentor junior team members
Requirements :
- sales experience in IT service selling (offshore development and outsourcing).
- Must have proven experience selling IT outsourcing services in US market from India.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with C level executives.
- Strong communication and written skills
- Numbers driven and good in managing data and matrix
- Good presentation skills
- Negotiations skills
- Strong team player
